Due to COVID-19 and everyone has been asked to stay at home, for all orders placed after February 1, 2020, the return window has been extended from 30 days to 45 days.



For products you are not 100% satisfied:

1. Rescareus.com will accept returns on any product within 15 days of the original ship date. (15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE)

2. Rescareus.com will accept returns on any UNOPENED product within 30 days of the original ship date.

Please contact us for a return label. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned after the 15-day window.

For defective products:

We will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting. Rescareus.com will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item replaced with the exact or like item under the Warranty Policy.




It takes around 1-2 days to process the refund. Rescareus.com will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle.
